Save the extra syrup you can use for breakfast cocktails, puddings, or for additional servings of this cocktail.

300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar

For the Cocktail (produces 850ml, serving 10)

400ml decent vodka

To prepare the Syrup: Combine every ingredients into a pot, bring to a light boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, take off the burner and leave to reach room temperature fully. Pour into a sterilised bottle, close it keeping it in the refrigerator, it will last for about four weeks.

Preparing the Batch Mix: Pour all the liquids into a sizeable container, leave to sit for an hour, then strain preferably using muslin, making it completely strained.
